Our Mission Statement

We are a charitable organization dedicated to creating a world fundamental rights are protected, and where mental wellbeing is prioritized and accessible to all

Through advocacy, education, and support, we strive to champion human rights at local, national, and international levels. We work tirelessly to ensure that every individual, regardless of their background, gender, ethnicity, or beliefs, is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. In parallel, we recognize the intrinsic link between human rights and mental health. We believe that everyone has the right to mental wellbeing, free from stigma, discrimination, and barriers to care.

We work to raise awareness about mental health issues, destigmatize conversations surrounding mental illness, and promote access to comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services. We strive to ensure that mental health support is integrated into all aspects of society, including education, healthcare, workplaces, and communities. By Collaborating with individuals, organizations, and policymakers, we seek to effect sustainable change and foster inclusive environments that prioritize human rights and mental health. Through research, advocacy, and community-driven programs, we aim to empower individuals to reclaim their rights, find healing, and thrive.

Join us in our commitment to building a brighter future for all, where compassion, equality, and wellbeing are the foundation of our society.
Rates of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders have been on the rise
Some of the factors contributing to this crisis include
Social media
Social media platforms can contribute to feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression, and can also create unrealistic expectations for how life should be.
Academic pressure
Many young people feel intense pressure to perform well academically, which can lead to stress and anxiety. (Not talking about the student loans)
Economic insecurity
Young people today are facing an uncertain job market and rising costs of living. This can contribute to feelings of stress, anxiety, and hopelessness.
Stigma around mental health
Many young people may feel ashamed or embarrassed to seek help for their mental health problems, which can make it difficult to get the support they need.
